Health and veterinary care
Puppies are examined by a licensed veterinarian and remain under our care until they go home. We will go through this puppy's own record with you in person — what has been done, when, and what is due next.
If you have a specific health question about this puppy, call the store and ask. Whoever answers can look at the file.
Puppy for a Lifetime Program
Ask a Pet Counselor to walk you through the Puppy for a Lifetime Program, including current eligibility, enrollment and maintenance requirements.
Review the current written program terms before enrolling. Those terms explain how the program works and control your participation.
10-year health warranty
Eligible puppies include an extended 10-year hereditary and congenital health warranty. Coverage, exclusions, maintenance requirements and claim steps are defined in the current written warranty.
Our team will review the document with you before purchase. Your signed warranty terms control.
Bringing Diana home
Meet them in store
Diana is at our Webster store. Book a time and we will have a private room ready, with their records out so you can read through everything.
There is nothing to pay to visit, and no obligation to take a puppy home.
Hold them while you decide
If you have met them and need a little time, we can hold a puppy for you. Ask about it when you visit, or start the booking above and choose the hold option.
The $50 same-day deposit is refundable. The $150 next-day deposit is non-refundable. Both deposits are applied toward your puppy purchase and can transfer to another puppy.
Coming from out of the area
Families travel to us from across Ohio and beyond. Call before you set off and we will confirm the puppy is still available, book you a time, and answer anything you want to know first — including a video call if that helps.
